Pat Fennell is President and CEO of the Latino Community Development Agency, an organization that offers various social services to the Latino community. In this interview, POE's Executive Director, Ginger Tinney, asked Pat to discusses various challenges that teachers may face with Latino students, and what they can do to help those students succeed.
This interview is broken into six segments based on different topics. Each chunk will be uploaded to this section of the POE Web site each Monday morning over the course of the next six weeks. This week's topic is terminology, which discusses the different terms Latino, Hispanic and Mexican.
